Todd Martin

Most agents will tell you that the true mark of success in real estate is the number of referral clients they have. Judging by that equation—or any measure of success in the industry, for that matter—Todd Martin is at the top of his game.

An 18-year veteran of the business who grew up in a real estate family, Martin especially proved his mettle during the past four years, when many other agents were forced out of the business due to diminishing sales. The consistent top producer utilizes his superior client service skills—skills that were developed during his years in the computer software business, during which time he was focused on Customer Relationship Management applications with roles in sales/management—to exceed the expectations of those he works with.

A lifelong Westside resident except for his four years at the University of Arizona, Martin is uniquely familiar with all the different neighborhoods, and can easily advise his buyers on inventory, as well as the ideal areas to meet their individual needs. His sellers benefit from Martin’s thorough knowledge of pricing trends and other factors that can bring in the quickest and most profitable sale. Martin specializes in attached product and single-family residences ranging from starter homes to multi-million-dollar estates on the Westside, with a particular interest in Santa Monica, Hancock Park, and Brentwood, where he lives.

His client roster is driven by referrals from satisfied clients, who Tudor helps to buy and sell everything from first homes and condos to exclusive estates.

Having excelled for a large brokerage for a number of years, Tudor joined Gibson International with the goal of providing an even better and more focused individual approach to servicing his clients.

Kristi Brock

The combination of sales, negotiating, and relationship building drove Kristi Brock into the business of real estate, and she has been excelling at all three for more than a decade. Brock is a marketing specialist representing buyers and sellers of exclusive properties on the Westside who has parlayed her education and experience into a career that is the envy of her peers and is a constant source of fulfillment for her.

“There are few industries that require vested interest by the participants. Nearly everyone aspires to be a homeowner, and I find the process of helping people accomplish this dream to be particularly rewarding,” said Brock. “I also experience great pleasure in providing a service that affords sellers the opportunity to maximize the net profit of the sale of their homes.”

Working in her niche area of Santa Monica, Brentwood, and Pacific Palisades, as well as with her vast network of repeat and referral clients, Brock has established herself as one of the Westside’s singular agents, as committed to her clients’ satisfaction as she is to achieving excellent results for them ethically—a dual objective that made joining Gibson International an easy choice.
